Materials

- Googly eyes (various sizes)

Instructions
- Prepare your materials by gathering them on a clean workspace.
- Create the monsters by flattening a cupcake liner and cutting shapes from felt for eyes and mouths.
- Glue googly eyes onto the felt shapes and attach them to the cupcake liner.
- Assemble the garland by cutting a piece of twine or ribbon and gluing the monsters onto it, spacing evenly.
- Finish by letting the garland sit for a few minutes and optionally adding decorative elements.
