Five places to start, whatever the season.
Handmade, Season by Season
A home should feel welcoming rather than perfect. Every project here starts with materials that are easy to find and affordable to buy mason jars, twine, burlap, wood, greenery and grapevine wreaths and ends with something that carries a little of the person who made it.
We follow the seasons: fresh florals in spring, porch decorating through summer, pumpkins and pinecones in autumn, evergreen and candlelight in winter. Nothing fussy, nothing that needs a workshop just decorating you can do at the kitchen table.

Meet Maggie Lawson

Maggie has spent more than 28 years making seasonal decorations by hand wreaths, centerpieces, farmhouse crafts and handmade decor for every season and gathering. She started out helping her grandmother decorate with pinecones, leaves and flowers gathered on a walk, and she still works that way today.
