Instructions
- Prepare the cupcake liners by flattening and drawing ghostly faces on them.
- Assemble the ghosts by stacking 2-3 cupcake liners together.
- Attach the stacked liners to your length of string using hot glue.
- Create a flowing effect by adjusting the spacing of the ghosts on the string.
