A delightful and whimsical Halloween decor project that transforms windows into colorful displays with charming ghost shapes.
Materials
- Colorful tissue paper (various hues)
- Black construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue stick or craft glue
- String or twine for hanging
- Hole puncher
- Optional: beads or sequins for embellishment
Instructions
- Create your ghost shapes by drawing outlines on black construction paper and cutting them out.
- Cut the tissue paper into pieces slightly larger than the ghost outlines.
- Assemble the ghosts by applying glue to one side of each black shape, pressing the tissue paper on top, and allowing it to dry.
- Punch holes at the top of each ghost for stringing.
- String the ghosts using twine, spacing them out as desired.
- Hang your garland in a chosen location and enjoy your handmade decor!
Notes
For a dimensional look, layer multiple pieces of tissue paper. Store the garland in tissue paper to avoid creasing.
